DIETITIANS WEEK 2018
Dietitians Do Prevention
Dietitians Do Prevention was the theme for 2018’s Dietitian’s Week which aimed to highlight the fantastic work that all dietitians do to prevent illness or optimise health, be that in primary care or acute settings, industry or education.
The recipe book features a collection of tried and tested recipes by dietitians across South Africa in honour of Dietitians Week 2018. Including some of these recipes as part of a healthy diet may help to prevent nutrition-related diseases and complications.
