This course will be taking place from 5 to 25 November 2006 in Hyderabad, India. Food composition information resources provide detailed information on the nutritional composition of foods based either on chemical analysis or derived from the nutrient composition of ingredients. Data on the composition of foods are essential for a variety of purposes including computing the recommended dietary allowances.
