Theo Modise

Theodorah Modise (Theo) obtained her BSc (Dietetics) degree MEDUNSA and her MSc (Dietetics) degree from the newly named Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University (SMU). She has worked as a clinical dietitian and Food Service Dietitian at Jubilee Hospital. She has also worked in the private sector, operating a limited private practice, with a special interest in allergies, ENT and food safety. She is currently a lecturer in the Nutrition department at the North-West University, Potchefstroom Campus, and her current field of research is in Food Safety and Food Security.
