Started working as Dietitian at Themba Hospital, Kabokweni (1995 – 1996)
Worked as dietitian at South African Military Health Service, Nelspruit (1996 – 2001)
General Private Practice, Nelspruit (2001 – 2013).
Part-time with Glycemic Index Foundation of South Africa, writing product reports and newsletters (2013-)
General:
Stays in Nelspruit. Is married, with 2 daughters. Interests include travelling, trying to be creative, and loves running.
